We've created a set of travel tools and are mapping the many places in Hida that serve gluten-free food.

Hot tip: If you're coeliac or travelling gluten-free in Japan, don't mention gluten. Instead, say that you're allergic to wheat and barley. It might not be technically correct, but it works.
